The Full Time Program includes all aspects, to be successful as a tennis player. It can be booked as full or half-day
Full day program: 30 hours of training a week,
Half day program: 15 hours of training a week,
including attendance at selected tournaments.
We work intensively on the improvement and fine tuning of tennis technique, as well as match play and
Fitness and athlethics
have an enormous value in today’s tennis, therefore we put very much value on the improvement of the individual fitness and strength as well as specific movement and reflex training.
In addition we underline the importance of mental strength.
Mental Power is our slogan. We help players to
develop strategies for preventing performance problems or to solve existing ones.
